Our team will collaborate closely with your surgical staff to create a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs. What will my caregiver assist me with after surgery?

Depending on your procedure and medical history, your surgeon may recommend that you have a caregiver by your side during the initial hours after surgery. A professional caregiver can assist with medication reminders, wound care, and managing surgical drains, while also supporting you with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and overall household management.

We understand that each person’s recovery support system is different, some may have family or friends nearby, while others may not. That’s why we collaborate closely with your surgeon and their team to create a care plan that prioritizes your safety, comfort, and optimal healing.

Will my caregiver be able to transport me to and from surgery and to my follow-up appointment?

If your follow-up visit is scheduled during the course of your services, your caregiver can transport you to your appointment. You can also hire us for transportation to or from your surgery and/or post operative appointments.

In the event of an emergency, how will my caregiver assist me?

You can rest assured that all Revive Caregivers are experienced with post surgical care and are BLS-CPR certified. In the event of an emergency, a standard protocol will be followed and they will contact your surgeon’s office or 911 immediately.
